Yonghe Temple, with its bustling incense offerings year-round, is a place where countless devotees come every day to burn incense and pray for blessings. The incense ash left behind is believed to carry a sacred power, imbued with the prayers and wishes of those who visit.

The incense ash Glaze bead bracelets are crafted through a unique double firing process. After the beads are first fired with a special rod, they are immediately fired again. During this second firing, incense ash from the temple and fine golden sand are carefully incorporated into the beads. This creates delicate golden patterns on their surface, giving them a rich, layered texture. When bathed in sunlight, the beads shimmer with a brilliant, crystal-like glow, as if reflecting the prayers and blessings of the temple itself.

The Background Story of Yonghe Temple

Yonghe Temple, located in Beijing, is the largest and most famous temple for prayer and blessings in the city. Originally the residence of Emperor Yongzheng, it was transformed into a Tibetan Lamaist temple by Emperor Qianlong after ascending the throne. Known as the "Dragon’s Hidden Blessed Land" due to the fact that two emperors were born here, the temple is designed with yellow tiles and red walls, matching the grand architectural standards of the Imperial Palace (Forbidden City).

Yonghe Temple is renowned for its miraculous powers, and its fame has made it one of the busiest temples in Beijing, especially during the first and fifteenth days of each lunar month when crowds of people come to offer incense.

Our policy lasts 30 days. We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase**damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement. Please note you may return most Buddha Bond items (unused) in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping is not included. Shipping costs and additional service charges such as gift wrap are non-refundable.

However, we will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock.

Please note that after an exchange is made, the item(s) do not qualify for refunds.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. Buddha Bond is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.
